Overall: I have used JustCall in the past and had no issues with the software. Other than the phone number coming up as spam (which happens with a lot of cloud calling softwares due to the volume of calls to international numbers) it is a great software. A way to curb this is by registering the phone number as a business line which is easy to do and takes 15 minutes. If you integrate it properly into Hubspot, it can really benefit your sales team in terms of analytics. It is one of the stronger analytic tools. I think a strong use of it is the transcribing feature, which a lot of the softwares have— but I believe JustCall is up there.
