The Best Cloud Calling Software

September 24, 2023

In the last 3 RevOps Review’d articles we touched on a couple of different cloud calling softwares:

Aloware

Aircall

JustCall

All 3 are viable options when it comes to tracking sales activity and utilizing the integration with Hubspot (we are a Hubspot partner and focus on integrations with Hubspot mainly when it comes to these reviews). But which software is the best?

Best Overall

In this series we analyzed 3 different cloud calling softwares, their pricing and features, and how they integrate into Hubspot. They all are pretty good when it comes to a cloud calling software, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. But which one is the best?

Coming in at third place, JustCall. Although JustCall can serve a good purpose, and has a pretty strong rating when it comes to the integration with Hubspot — in my past experience with the software I have found it to be finicky. The integration has some cool features, and it definitely could work as an option, but it is basically the same price as the other two options on this blog, and a clear third place.

At a close second place, Aloware is all about their integration with Hubspot. It is as seamless as they could have done it. However, part of the reason I am not putting Aloware at the top, is to unlock all of the features, you have to pay a premium. Although a lot of the features are useful, a lot of sales orgs won’t need the full offering of features, and the premium price won’t be worth it. It was a close second to the winner however.

And finally, the best software in terms of features, integration, and price is Aircall. Aircall boasts a rich feature set, and very strong integration with Hubspot. Backed by Hubspot Ventures, they could not be in a stronger position when it comes to its integration with Hubspot. Aircall is definitely considered the industry standard when it comes to Cloud Calling softwares, and if you are in the business of trying to track more of you sales team’s activity, I would start here!

As always, if you need help setting up the integration to make sure everything is communication properly with each other and the correct analytics are being pulled in, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for some pointers!
